Normal filled in table entries are of the form nn.nn(hh:ss) which indicates the distance run in miles, followed by the pace per mile within parenthesis. Items in bold indicate that that particular run was better than any other preceding run for that same distance for the year. Items with an orangish background color refer to road races. A darker background means that I am registered for that coming race. A lighter background refers to races I am thinking of entering. These background-colored cells are also links -- either to a link to the website about the coming run or to the stats pertaining to the race (either runningahead.com or garminconnect.com). Also, cells with a light magenta color refer to scheduled vacation. Even though they are neither underlined nor a different color, the miles shows for any date's run is actually a link to the RunningAhead entry for that run with all the information about the run including a map of the actual path taken. Likewise the pace entry for any date's run is a link to the GarminConnect entry for that same run.
